Briefly and to the point: the establishment is 3 with a big minus! We sat down quietly on weekends, apparently it’s not particularly in demand among guests, there are no basic things (chargers or power banks for clients) / but in general I think this is the bottom of the rating, they don’t keep the brand, but oh well. Salads are a different story, they have one arugula, minimal filling)))) chew grass - you'll be goats. They asked to bring beer, they didn't bring it right away, they said we were cooking , they brought warm, stale beer, then they refused to exchange or return the money for it, even calling the administrator, to which the administrator replied that it is just warm and no refund will be given for it. Well, apparently, according to the administrator’s standards, beer must be served to guests warm, these are the rules here. Maybe this is the trick, but we didn’t argue, we even left a decent amount of tip for the warm beer. We have come to the conclusion that we will not go here again. The dishes are all dirty, the glasses are sticky, the first frying pan for frying meat was brought with a cockroach and dirty, the second is no cleaner, the hood works poorly and is dirty, you can’t figure out what kind of oil is splashing in all directions - the whole table was covered in oil (somehow the barbecue on the table was not thought out ), food is ok, call button doesn't work. I have never had a more terrible experience of going to such places. The evening was ruined by dirty, sticky dishes, a dead cockroach in a BBQ pan, a non-working hood (and also its inconvenient location). Oil from the frying pan flew all over the table. Going to this place was a big mistake. The kitchen must be unsanitary, since such a bolt was hammered into the dishes. Question for the waiters, don’t you see a layer of oil on the dishes, sticky liquid on the glass? Why are you taking out such dishes, your eyesight is bad? There is not enough inspector for your establishment. Plus, the call button either didn’t work, or they decided not to respond to it; they waited a long time for the menu and the order itself to be brought. By the way, they brought one menu for three.
