As a solo traveler who was in Hashimoto i must say that Kunichan probably will be one of my most memorable evenings in 4 weeks of Japan. The food was super delicious and the atmosphere was in my opinion superb. An authentic at home cozy style feel and super friendly people. We shared a lot of laughs and some stories even when we had a language barrier sometimes. Thank you so much for having me, i won't forget this evening Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000

classic small town Izakaya, room for about 20 people, delicious food, friendly host. Naturally no English spoken and all-Japanese menu, but google lens and a smile do the job.
