Kunichan’s kitchen is a hole in the wall restaurant with only 2 items on its dinner menu (2 variations of fried chicken atop rice). The establishment is run by one uncle who was extremely friendly and always had a smile to his face. He took the time to explain his menu items in English when he found out we were tourists and did not speak Japanese. Food wise, it was amazing. Each order is freshly made on the spot and served piping hot. The chicken was crispy and accompanied by a sweet sauce which complimented the chicken well. Kunichan's Kitchen has delicious, kara-age (fried boneless chicken). Perfectly seasoned and crispy. This was the kara-age salad don (bowl). Comes with soup. Other options are available. Stop in for a delicious lunch or you can pick up to go. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1–1,000
