The atmosphere is nice, modern, and stylish. I can't say anything about the food since we didn't eat. However, I have plenty to say about the drinks and the staff. We had a matcha latte and a melange. As you can see in the photos, the drinks were prepared by someone who clearly has no idea what they are doing. They don't have the slightest clue how to steam milk. No microfoam/crema—just hot milk and large bubbles. I originally wanted oat milk, but changed my mind after seeing the brand they use: the cheapest and least flavorful oat milk available. Honestly, in the gastronomy industry, nothing less than Oatly should be used. The matcha they use is also of the lowest quality, which you can easily tell by its color. On top of that, the ratio of matcha was completely off; I drank a concentrated layer of matcha at the top initially, and the rest was just plain milk. The waitress served our water glasses by holding them directly by the rim—completely unacceptable! She should at least know basic service etiquette. She clearly has no concept of hygiene or proper service. After experiencing all this, I paid closer attention and noticed that their hygiene standards are truly poor. When new customers walked in, staff members stopped eating their own food and went straight to preparing orders without washing their hands. As someone living in Arsenal, it's deeply disappointing that my closest café is in this state. I sincerely hope they start working with more professional staff who understand hygiene, service, and coffee bar operations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
