We had the set course with sake pairing and it was a a truly amazing experience. Food, drinks, service and atmosphere were all incredible and combined into one of the (prehaps even THE) best meals that I have ever had. We were served 8 dishes that made a great variety. Main focus on fish and seafood but also one dish with duck. Every dish was exceptional. There is no doubt that we will return here on our next visit to Japan, and until then I will happily carry the memory of our evening here with me.
