It was very good meat! The liver has no smell and is soft, the top loin has a nice marbling, and the tempo of the meat was good, probably because the store was empty, and I liked that too! However, the only thing that caught my attention was the skirt steak. I think that skirt steak had a little smell because other meat was very delicious. The explanation of the capacity is also very kind and I want to go again!
