[Soba Kappo Kurata] is located near Musashi-Koyama Station, about a 3-minute walk from the station. It's a nice store. I received 2,300 yen for a weekday lunch. The shrimp tempura is generously topped with vegetable tempura such as sweet potatoes, shishito peppers, maitake mushrooms, and eggplant. The bamboo steamer includes two types of soba, making it a great value. Both were 100% buckwheat noodles, chewy and very delicious! In addition to the sauce and tempura soup, two types of rock salt are always available at the table, so you can enjoy it with salt as well. The restaurant seemed to be reasonably priced at night, so I'm glad I was able to stop by for lunch! It was very delicious, so I would like to visit it at night next time.
