From the moment I walked up, I was greeted not with hospitality, but with an air of indifference from the staff. As if the lackluster service wasn't enough, imagine my shock when the bill arrived, revealing charges that seemed to have been conjured out of thin air. Hidden fees? Oh, they had plenty of those, conveniently undocumented until the final tally. It felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on unsuspecting customers. When questioned about the location of these fees on the menu in case, I had overlooked them, I was told they don't exist. I guess it's owners choice who pays what and what when. But the icing on the cake was the audacity of the staff. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and attempting to rectify the situation, they brushed off my concerns with dismissive attitudes and outright rudeness. It's one thing to make a mistake, but it's another to compound it with abhorrent customer service. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. It's clear that Kuroshio prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, and I, for one, will never set foot in that establishment again. Stop by yesterday to celebrate with my family and the food was okay. No drink refill on fountain drink. Kids menu are good portions. Our server was amazing, on point and attentive to our needs. Fried calamari was delicious just the bridge sushi was okay.
