This hotel is a good option if you’re not expecting too much. The room is small, but still larger than typical rooms in big cities in Japan. There’s enough space to comfortably open a large suitcase. Everything is spotlessly clean, as you’d expect in this country. The room comes with all the basic amenities you need. One highlight is the free coffee available from morning until late at night, and free ice is also provided. Unfortunately, the onsen is only available for men. The staff are very attentive and provide great service, although they can hardly speak English. If you plan to be out exploring from morning until late and just need a budget-friendly place to stay, this hotel fits the bill well. Breakfast has very limited options—just enough to fill you up before heading out for a proper brunch elsewhere. You can even make yourself a cup of coffee to go, which is a nice thoughtful touch.
