The food truck Kush2 today was an excellent experience, even the fried chicken which isn’t often my first choice was a balance of taste and colors without being too spicy. Chef Ali was in the truck and willing to take the time to explain some of the items in the menu, even after a very busy period. The chicken shawarma bowl is highly recommended.
