This might be the best restaurant I’ve visited in Japan! It’s a perfectly cozy spot not far from Kobe Station. The food was delicious with each course prepared carefully and beautifully. The chefs prepared and served each dish with clear explanations about how to eat it, and which seasoning to use. Everything was prepared perfectly and the price was very reasonable for the incredible variety and quantity of food we received in our “set”. My 3 co-workers and I who were visiting Japan and China on business can’t stop talking about THIS PLACE. After eating at some very nice restaurants in both Kobe and Shanghai, none even came close in taste, quality and atmosphere. This lovely restaurant is definitely going on my favorites list!!
