Terrible service, the food was average at best, found a blob of brown disgusting looking stuff in my chicken satay, their excuse is that the cook didn’t stir in the corn flour, not good enough, if it did get stored in the satay sauce would been solid as it was thick anyway! I have worked for the Kwan Yen Chinese Restaurant for over 6 years now, and I still eat there and also get takeaway when I have friends over for dinner. My mother is a great cook, and very fussy. She doesn’t like me to take her out anywhere, but she will take her family from Melbourne to Kwan Yen Restaurant every time they come down.Kwan Yen work to always provide great food and service. If anyone is not completely satisfied, please give us a second chance. Sometimes accidents happen that cause things to go wrong.
