I had an extremely disappointing and offensive experience at Kyodai Express. While picking up my food, I overheard a staff member refer to me as “pendejo,” followed by another employee turning to look directly at me. It was clear the comment was directed at me. This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and felt racially charged. No customer should be subjected to that kind of treatment. I will not be returning and do not recommend others, especially Black customers, support a business that allows this kind of environment.
