Atmosphere was friendly and inviting, it is entertaining to watch the skill and speed and of your meal preparation chef. The onion 'volcano' cooking and spouting flames as the rest of the vegetables cook is quite a sight. It may not be Mt. Etna or Kiloweea in Hawaii, but it is cheeper and safer. The food is delicious and plentiful. Only the very heartiest of appetites will not take home at least another meal in a take-home box. I had the chicken and it was tender, and delicious. I loved the seasonings. My one son had Salmon. I had a taste. I am not normally a fan of salmon, but the lemon and garlic seasonings blackened in with their other soy and tempura sauces made it something I would order next time. My other son had the steak and again I had a taste and it was so tender and juicy, wow. I would hazard it to say everything else is great as well! This place gets my hearty thumbs up. Vegetarian options: I am uncertain how extensive the vegetarian menu is, but I know that a Vegetable fry is a meal option. I can't say if it is strictly Vegan, but neither am I so I didn't really look. (Humans are historically opportunistically omnivors but started as foraging mainly for plants and berries. In many ways we are like bears. We eat whatever we can. I find that no matter what my cholesterol count, I still crave steaks over spinach.) But Kyoto Japanese Steakhouse can tantalize tastebuds with foods that won't put a person in the Cardiology ward. Remember, the Japanese are noted for longevity There may be something to their foods and seasonings and ingredients. Parking: Wheelchair and walker access. Some Handicapped spaces near entrance. Plenty of parking in the lot between the restaurant and West Main Street. Wheelchair accessibility: I am using a Rollator since my injury and had no difficulty navigating the restaurant. So, the isles, hibachi Islands, and seats are all easily accessible to the handicapped. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Shrimp Fried Rice, Shrimp Tempura, Chicken Teppanyaki, Steak, Coconut Shrimp, Seafood, Clear Soup Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes, Not sure Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot
