Kyoto, a Japanese establishment in Montreal, offers an exceptional sushi experience for true sushi fans. The ambiance is clean and simple, with attentive staff providing exceptional service. The interior design is cozy and warm, making it a perfect spot for a nice dinner. Although the price range may be slightly expensive, the quality of the sushi is worth it. Kyoto is located in Ville St-Laurent and has street parking available. They offer takeout and delivery options as well. One of the special features of this fine dining spot is their vegetarian options, which are plentiful.

The menu at Kyoto offers a variety of sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi. Their Mobydick roll is a must-try, with crispy tempura shrimp, avocado, and spicy mayo. Their Dragon Boat roll, although no longer on the menu, was a fan favorite with eel, avocado, and cucumber. The Sao Pablo roll is another popular choice with salmon, mango, and avocado. For those who prefer something other than sushi, Kyoto also offers delicious Japanese dishes such as their Kyoto Tempura, which is just amazing.

Kyoto also offers an excellent selection of sake and wine to pair with your meal. Their cocktails include the classic Japanese cocktail, the Sake Martini, as well as the refreshing Kyoto Sunrise with vodka, orange juice, and grenadine. For soft drinks, they offer Ramune, a popular Japanese soda, and Calpico, a sweet and tangy drink.

Overall, Kyoto is a top-notch sushi place in Montreal, with fresh and delicious sushi, superb service, and a cozy atmosphere.
