Very creative and tasty duck dishes that you won't get anywhere else. The fact that one man does all the cooking, order taking, busing, etc. made me appreciate the meal even more. The salad plat contains all different parts of the duck if you want a variety!

We ate at L'Artisan du Foie Gras for dinner and it was a great find! As some other reviewers have noted, it is a one man show, but he is quite efficient.The appetizers all contain foie gras and the main dishes last night were a choice of 4 different meats. I had the magret de canard, which came with a type of scalloped potatoes, which all was great. This isn't the fanciest of restaurants. I'd classify this as a very delicious home cooked meal.
