What a delightful discovery — a genuine Burgundy-focused wine bar in Sapporo. This is precisely what I’d been hoping to find. The owner is clearly passionate and knowledgeable; that kind of expertise is hard to come by. The glassware, and serving style are all executed with care. Add in a beautifully curated playlist that creates the perfect relaxed atmosphere, and you have something really special. A small, cozy bar for passionate wine lovers.
