BEWARE: if you are a tourist, do not speak Sicilian or are not a local regular client, you could be the victim of the "mistakenly overcharged" SCAM. We ordered 1 starter, 1 first course, 1 second course with 1 side dish, 1 dessert, 1 water and ¼ wine. When the bill arrived, it was about 40% more expensive than expected. After double-checking it, we found out that they had charged us for 2 starters and 2 second courses instead of the single ones we had. I confronted the waiter, who apologized and wrote down a correct bill. While typing the new bill, the waiter explained that "the mouse is double-clicking sometimes" and "it's happened before; I don't know if it's the computer's software or the mouse itself that has the issue". This is completely unacceptable and borderline criminal activity. Not only are they charging more than what was ordered and consumed, but they are also "aware of the issue" and still do not bother to double-check the bill before handing it over to the customer or just fixing the "issue". I suspect there are actually no "issues" or "mistakes" and that the poor mouse has been wrongly accused. They use a simple tactic to defraud people, overcharging (but not too much) the unaware client. Also, if the menu they handle on the table has a specific price written on it, they shouldn't charge a different price (what is written on the menu posted next to the entrance). They should update the menu instead with the updated prices. The food is acceptable, but by no means worth the headache and the attempted fraud. There are many other places that are honest and do not treat their clients like fools in order to defraud them; avoid this one if you can! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: €20–30
