An absolutely unforgettable experience at LA Almazara. The building itself is breathtaking — a true work of art that perfectly blends architecture, culture, and the tradition of olive oil. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, creating a unique atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The vision of renowned designer and architect Philippe Starck is evident throughout the entire project. His bold and imaginative approach has transformed an olive mill into a remarkable destination that is both inspiring and deeply connected to Andalusian heritage. The combination of stunning architecture, beautiful surroundings, and a fascinating insight into olive oil production makes this place truly special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Ronda area. A must-see destination!

LOVED this place. Our phenomenal and well spoken tour guide is third generation in the olive-growing world. He knew every question that we asked him. If you can go with a guide, I would certainly do it here. Otherwise, you will enjoy great exhibits inside a most unusual and artistic building. I would spend the time to do the olive oil tasting. It is quite enlightening and educational. All of us left with a much better appreciation of the humble olive. Do not miss the view of the area. It is breathtaking. And pictures do not do it justice.

Great day out in the Ronda valley. The organic olive oil is exceptional. Excellent tour. The museum was designed by Philippe Starck and there is a beautiful ceiling mural by his daughter Ava. Interesting historical details. Definitely worth a visit. We paid €25 per person for a guided tour and olive oil tasting. Good value for money.
