I went there with friends, and unfortunately, we were treated really poorly. One of us requested a song (which is a totally reasonable thing for a customer to do), and the response was: “That’s not our theme.” But what about our right as customers? I also have the right to say that the music they were playing was terrible, and no customer should ever be treated like that. Respecting your clients should never be optional. What a shame.
