As a traveler from Canada, I was deeply shocked by the behavior of the staff at this establishment. This past Sunday, a man who appeared to be the owner was screaming aggressively at a young family. Although I do not speak German and could not understand the dispute, the confrontation was intense enough to visibly frighten the children. I always expected Swiss hospitality to be calm and patient, but this behavior was entirely unacceptable. If you value a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend steering clear of this place, as management clearly lacks conflict resolution skills. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
