I’ve always been a big fan of Ladurée, and this was my first time visiting this branch. Unfortunately, I had a confusing experience at the start. One of the employees asked us to wait, saying there were five tables ahead of us, even though many tables were clearly available indoors and several outdoors. What made it more frustrating was that, when we checked the reservation app beforehand, all time slots appeared to be open. Thankfully, Fateh and Raja stepped in and handled the situation very professionally. They were attentive, helpful, and truly turned the experience around for us. The outdoor seating was absolutely incredible, beautiful, comfortable, and definitely the highlight of our visit
