I love this hotel and have been a regular guest for 10 years. Great team, attentive service, fantastic location, very tasteful architecture/interior design and exceptional breakfast. Recently, the booking system has been changed, and apparently a "dynamic" pricing for the rooms has been introduced - I find that a bit displeasing. Service: 5

In the meantime many hotels in Ulm have dynamic prices. Compared to other hotels we do not yield our prices extremely, but we do have to adjust them up to the demand and availabilty in Ulm. The hotel was excellent. We had a beautiful view of the pond from the bedroom. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is modernly furnished and the breakfast was very rich and delicious. It is one of the best hotels in Ulm. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value
