Absolutely disgraceful experience at Lanzhou Chinese Restaurant in Kilburn. I called shortly after placing my order and politely asked for it to be cancelled – not once, but multiple times. The man on the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive, and flat-out refused to cancel it without giving any proper reason. To make matters worse, I had to wait over 2 hours for the food to arrive. When it finally did, it was stone cold and far from the standard you’d expect from any decent Chinese restaurant. The flavours were bland, the quality was poor, and overall it was a complete waste of money. Customer service was appalling – zero professionalism and no regard for customer satisfaction.
