This is a members only restaurant. We arrived and the chef came out and escorted us back toward the elevator and pulled out a sign saying they are full. There were only about 30% full. Not sure if members only means no westerners or if it applies to locals only. We were not too disappointed because the small dining area reeked of cigarette smoke. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
