Despite everything, we are sorry to read that you did not appreciate your room even after the change that we granted you. The other inconveniences encountered are of course problematic and that is why we have taken the necessary measures (a technician is came to resolve the problem on the local TV network, the capricious joinery will be changed in the spring and the toilet brushes are replaced).
