This is a small 12 seat restaurant that offered us a wonderful dining experience. We were seven ladies who took advantage of the fixed price menu. Everyone was able to create a set of choices that made each one happy. The food was wonderful. The owners were charming. Make a reservation and enjoy the possibilities.

Restaurant très cosy où les plats étaient tout simplement excellent, l'association des ingrédients était bluffante, avec une imagination... admirable. Bravo au cuisinier et merci à la serveuse pour son accueil chaleureux

Quand l'alambic annonce sur Google qu'il est ouvert le dimanche de 12h à 13h : c'est faut.Nous en avons fait l'amère expérience en voulant réserver pour 2 personnes un dimanche à 13h. Non seulement nous avons été très mal reçu au téléphone, limite désagréable, mais en plus il nous a clairement été dit que le restaurant ne prenait pas de réservation après 12h30 (pas parce qu'il était complet...).Un créneau de 30 min pour réserver un restaurant un dimanche, ça fait quand même court.Accueil téléphonique lamentable, pas de flexibilité, attitude peu commerciale.
