We sometimes refuse customers if the service is tense, which means a lot of people at the same time, lack of staff, organizational problems, shortages on many products worked, in the middle of "juice" as they say in our jargon and so on!!! And in these moments we prefer to tell customers that we are complete rather than justify ourselves!!! to lose??? Which could save us from having judgments defamatory and accusatory!!!
