Visit this place and try French and Mediterranean cuisines. Perfectly cooked pate, risotto and misir are the tastiest dishes. You can share tasty parfait, che and brioches with your friends and have a nice time here.
The wine list is extensive, it can satisfy the needs of all guests. Good coffee is the most popular drinks of this restaurant. The nice staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The terrific service is something these restaurateurs care about. The cute decor may surprise you. L'Atelier des Saveurs by Stéphane Garcia is a Michelin selection and it has been rewarded with 1 black knife-and-fork symbol: according to the inspectors' opinion, this place keeps quite relaxing atmosphere.

L’Atelier des Saveurs is a rare gem, a restaurant you would love to visit again and again. Unlike those famous restaurants that offer the same menu over the years, L’Atelier of Francis Scordel has a menu that changes every week. Besides if you have any allergies or special needs the Chef would adapt the menu just on the go. The place looks modest, but it’s the art of cooking that makes it look very rich. There is a-la-carte service, but i would suggest you choose one of two preset menus. It’s always a win. Besides, just before the dessert there is a « surprise from the chef », so you would have hard time to guess the ingredients of that surprise. The restaurant is located in the heart of La Colle sur Loup village. There are few parkings just 2 minutes away. There is a good wine list (mostly from Var region). I can’t but mention that this place offers, most probably, the best price-quality food, though it’s not how we measure the sincerety of the high level cuisine of Francis Scordel.

Fantastic restaurant with a wonderful chef who sources local food and makes a wonderful nightly menu that changes from week to week definitely the best restaurant in the area
