I apologize in advance for the server who was irreproachable. Even more, he was alone to manage all the orders. On the other hand, in the kitchen, it was a disaster. - to start, no cocktails because out of stock - no cold soft drinks - bottle of wine that has remained open and has turned, - hot starters were cold - the mashed potatoes were bland (no seasoning or binders) covered with sauce to hide the lack of taste => plain the mashed potatoes were inedible, - tasteless poultry with too much sauce to try to counterbalance, - the noodles were overcooked, - the salad with croutons that do not crisp and are burnt. A vinaigrette that is not homemade. - the bread, finally, was clearly not of the day. In short, a disaster for my first visit to Macon. After that, I didn't want to continue the massacre by tasting the dessert. Luckily I had kept compotes at the hotel. I'm not looking to downgrade this restaurant but I think we should perhaps review the concept with dishes that are easier to make. Put yourself in my place, we pay more than 100€ at 3 and we leave the restaurant with an empty stomach, it's not very cool either. After maybe the tastes and colors, we do not discuss. We discovered this restaurant on Google satisfied with the general opinion of Google. However, the wait was very long without even offering an aperitif beforehand. The starter arrives without bread (breaking bread replaced by sandwich bread..) The announcement of the dishes seem enticing but the realization is similar to the quality of a housewife.
