Our milkshakes and iced mochas are crafted to be enjoyed fresh and immediately after preparation, as the texture and taste can change if they sit for some time or travel a distance. We understand that this wasn’t clearly communicated at the time, and we will make sure our team reminds customers to consume these drinks as soon as possible. Regarding the packaging, we apologise for the issue with the cap and the risk of spillage; this is not the standard we aim for.
