No hay que pedir cuando están muy ocupados, te tratan a bocinazos pensando que asi se trata a los clientes. Y en ningún momento te dan disculpas ni opciones. EL PEOR trato en Rapa Nui, la comida tampoco vale la pena, todo re frito. Hola 1. Las disculpas te hubieran llegado si no hubieras bloqueado al contacto. 2. Es un pequeño lugar que trata de ofrecer el mejor servicio en lo posible,si el cliente pudiera entender que el delivery no puede esperar 20 min para que el cliente se digne a salir aun cuando se usa el último recurso de tocar la bocina. Agradezco tu comentario, puedes hacer saber que el cliente no siempre tiene la razón y disculpas nuevamente si las papas no pudieron llegar crocantes, es que son naturales y es un poco imposible que tenga la misma calidad a cuando te lo sirves. I spend six days on the island and the biggest mistake was not going here to eat every day. The first day I was planning to eat here they closed a bit earlier (I presume if they run out of meat, they close, which makes sense). And on Sunday they are closed, but I came two days in the row and for me this is the best place to eat in whole Rapa Nui. I’m not a biggest fan of fries in general but these are AMAZING! They are home made, freshly made, perfect even after getting cold and the portion is huge! The service was amazing too, so nice, polite and welcoming. For combo of shawarma, fries and drink I paid 12500 pesos which is immaculate price in my opinion for this island. It’s small cozy place just across the street of airport, so you can watch planes taking off. Love it! Thank you and good luck, you deserve it!
