I have been buying my tobacco from this place for two years. Unfortunately, all it takes is one employee to scare away customers, even loyal ones: an employee in his forties "scolded" me because I had the misfortune of not clearly specifying whether I wanted paper to ride long or short (FYI: I'm dyslexic). I turned on my heels and left, leaving the miscreant behind. Annual turnover lost because of this employee: 52 x 35 euros = almost 2000 euros, which I will spend without worry on another tobacconist. Moral of the story: when you don't have the interpersonal skills, you shouldn't work in a tobacconist! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

ASHAMED ! I went to this place for around twenty euros of various games including an amigo, after payment, I waited standing at the entrance for the draw to be shown on TV (made available for this game) twice the boss asks me what I'm still doing there in a very dry tone, I tell him kindly that I'm waiting for the amigo draw in the next minute and that I will leave from then on, he demands a drink to stay there or to leave his establishment which was completely empty at that time! I answer that I am not bothering anyone, that I am not sitting in the bar area, but that I am standing on the side and have no obligation to have a drink, especially since I had just spend money at home! His sentence "consumption is my bread and butter and it's not a cinema" He takes his phone and goes around his counter to push me towards the exit! What kind of boss is this?!!! I have never seen such behavior, inappropriate for a clientele of this type of establishment. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
