gave this place a second chance, hoping something might have improved over time — unfortunately, it didn’t. The food is still very poor, and the service is even worse. Waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for a simple burger is just unacceptable. While waiting, you can literally see customers giving up and leaving because the staff can’t handle even a couple of orders at the same time. One star — and that’s already being generous.
