Our first time here and we really enjoyed ourselves. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. The atmosphere is really moody/cozy. Our waiters were very kind too. My husband and I had the Beef Tartare and the Shrimp cocktails as starters. We also tried the wine flight, Halibut Vin Blanc, and the Vichy carrots to pair with it. All delicious, so many layers of flavor. Portion sizes were perfect. We left extremely satisfied but not overly full. A revisit will be in our future. Walked in on a Wednesday at 7:30ish. It was busy. We took two seats at the bar. The drinks were good, clear bottles are the focus which was not our plan on a work night. We had a well coursed dinner over almost two hours and loved it all. The mousse with fried brioche was a standout. Can’t recommend it enough. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wow what a great evening! L’Echelle lived up to all the hype. I ordered the beets which were recommended by Phaedra and it was the best beet dish I’ve ever had. She also recommended the duck which I loved as well as the Blanc Mange dessert which was absolutely delicious. Tremendous service from her as well as Patrick and Luke. I’ll definitely be back and will send my friends. Do yourself a favor and check it out. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–100 Recommended dishes: Duck Breast
