We stayed in the hotel here (and didn't eat in the restaurant). The room and bed were very comfortable and the shared toilets were spotless. Yes the price for the room and shared toilet is expensive but the location is crazy expensive. We didn't hear other guests but I wasn't sure there were any other guests staying! We got the free lift pass and didn't realise it's only valid for the day, so if you use it on Saturday it's only valid Saturday. It's misleading as it says valid for the two day stay and we misunderstood this. They could perhaps print out some instructions in English for people checking in. This mistake/ miscommunication cost us 44 CHFs. The breakfast was nice, they could have offered some eggs but they did offer cheese and ham and some delicious croissants and bread.
