I am delighted with my experience at the Estaminet Gantois... arriving this Sunday after 1 p.m. I was very well received by Clark and Rachel. I chose the pork chop, it’s perfect and that’s not common perfect cooking, thanks to the kitchen team For dessert, praline éclair I won’t tell you In a warm setting, a 14th century building, you don't hesitate to enter, because the Bâtiments de France obviously prohibit signs... push the door, you will live a unique experience... The exterior setting, in keeping with the adjoining hotel, is very colorful (I know that not everyone likes it but the choice is bold and marks an identity). The interior is very disappointing. A lack of identity, a sort of neutrality which removes all charm from the place. The service is ok. Finally, the cuisine is of quality but the ingredients chosen do not always live up to the pretension and price.
