I took a short break there yesterday. I didn't like the place. There's a garbage dump nearby, less than 5 meters away. I ordered tea, and I was surprised by the excessive demands, plus they didn't give us a bottle of water with the tea order, unlike the cafes in the area. I think they should review the matter.
