This was the first restaurant we ate at, after arriving in Riga. We went during lunch hour. They have written most of the dishes in English as well. The food was great and the cafe’s quite pretty. They had a good variety even for the vegetarians. We loved the cottage cheese roll and the eggnog cake in particular. Will probably visit again.

This place is smaller compared to others, but the food is very tasty. If you want good food at good price and a nice view, I recommend you to visit this place. You can't go wrong with Lido. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–15 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a meal surrounded by members of feminists community that go on daily stalking spree graciously provided and funded by business diaspora of Latvija. Felt a little bit unwell after that, but it's just probably a tieredness after a lot of walking to snowy streets. Municipality hasn't been doing very good job of cleaning streets lately unfortunately, unlike in recent years
