Links is pretty near Hakusha Son-so Garden. A lot of visitors order good whiskey. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. If you want to enjoy terrific service, you should visit this bar. Come here for the quiet atmosphere. Google users are quite generous with Links: it was rated 4.8 stars.

I came here originally in 2024 and came back in 2026 and was never disappointed. Tommi the bar owner was very welcoming and was great to chat with! Tommi has some good katana tricks he showed us has a cat in the bar he rescued and has an amazing record collection he can play for you. The vibe is mellow and laid back. 10/10 would drink again. We had a bit of a language barrier between us but nothing alcohol and Google translate cant fix! Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000

Great bar for a whisky or cocktail. The bartender is friendly and good to chat with. He has a lot of music, movie and local knowledge to share with patrons. A good cat resides here too. This stop was a favorite hidden gem of our time in Kyoto. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My friends and I had a lot of fun at LINKS. Tomi is an awesome guy to talk to. Makes great cocktails and he has an impressive vinyl collection. Ask him for music, whiskey, and bar recommendations!
