We have always enjoyed eating at Restaurant L’impossible on visits to Chamonix. Sadly the restaurant is still undergoing renovations, but Chef Auro offers a private cooking experience inside your chalet! He made a delicious meal for our friends and family that was the highlight of our visit. His daughter, Marta, provided a selection of delicious Italian natural wines that were perfectly paired with the chef’s cooking. We can’t wait to go back to the restaurant, but having the restaurant come to us was very special. Grazie, Chef! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lunch on the afternoon of the third day. After sightseeing in Bern in the morning, we arrived at Chamonix, which is 190km away from Bern. A total of 39 people quickly filled their bellies. Restaurant Chamonix - L'impossible was surprisingly French. It's a vegetable. It's a salad. The main dish at L'impossible was fish. In Switzerland, which is in the mountains, it is a river fish instead of a sea fish. was delicious. I received the restaurant's business card. Ride the ropeway from Chamonix to see Mont Blanc.
