We ended up there by chance after the tour of the monuments and historic churches... with a pit in our stomach we went in... the very nice and helpful girl inside explained to us how the piadinas and the various doughs are made. My girlfriend takes the classic piadina, with Parma ham... I try the roll... sausage, speck and cheese and a tray of french fries... wow, I've never eaten a piadina like this, you could feel the freshness of everything , the delicious dough, the filling a bomb, and the french fries, delicious... and the girl who served us was really kind and very nice... nice environment with an internal courtyard to sit... Excellent experience. Quick lunch, for two people, with two very good wholemeal piadinas, one caprese and one raw, fontina and porcini mushrooms. The friendly, kind and professional staff contributed to enriching the atmosphere. As for the prices, I would say quite fair.
