I’ve passed this location maybe 100 times. Finally stopped by and I couldn’t be more happy with my experience, I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. I showed up 30 mins before closing tonight and all the employees were so nice and helpful. Got myself a treat and even got something for my Mom for Mother’s Day. I will definitely be back. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Turtle Cheesecake

Saw an ad on Facebook that a cheesecake food truck was coming to Troutman, and even though I’d never heard of them before, the photos of their mason jar desserts immediately caught my attention. I decided it was worth the 20-minute drive to check it out. They opened at 4:30, and when I got there around 4:36, the line was already long. Between waiting to order and then waiting to pick up, it took about 30 minutes total—but honestly, it moved pretty efficiently. The staff was friendly and working nonstop to keep up with the demand. A lot of people were ordering multiple jars at once, which seemed like a good sign. I went with the 16 oz strawberry cheesecake, and it did not disappoint. It was delicious—creamy, flavorful, and definitely worth the wait. I’d absolutely track this truck down again. Their store locations are about an hour away, so it was awesome their food truck came closer. Fingers crossed they make an appearance at the Downtown Mooresville food trucks this summer! My girlfriend and I drove an hour to finally try LKN Cheesecakery and we were NOT disappointed. They have TONS of variety that I’m sure will satisfy just about anyone. The orange creamciscle and the key lime pie cheesecakes are to DIE for!! The lady working was also very nice and helpful in our deciding between all of the different flavors. We will definitely be visiting again in the future. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
