Extraordinary service and genuine compassion. I am writing this with a very full heart from the USA. My family in Australia recently suffered the heartbreaking loss of a beloved pet who was truly a member of the family. Being so far away, I felt helpless and knew I needed to get some food to them in Woronora immediately so they wouldn't have to worry about cooking. I looked at Loaf Sandwiches online, but their system usually requires advance notice for platters. In a bit of a panic, I called the shop and spoke with Annie. I explained my dilemma—that I was calling from America and desperately wanted to support my grieving family right away. Without a second of hesitation, she told me, "Mr. Freeman, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered." Annie and the entire team went completely out of their way. They bypassed the usual lead times and created the most beautiful platter of sandwiches and sweets, getting it delivered to Woronora in almost no time at all. My family was overjoyed; they told me the presentation was stunning and the food tasted amazing. It is rare to find a business that acts with such heart. They didn't just fulfill an order; they were my hands and feet when I couldn't be there myself.
