F-tier service. I wasn’t seated timely until eventually, the manager realized and called one of the staff over. The staff didn’t say one word - just brought me to a table, dropped a menu off, and walked off. No one then came to take my order or check in. After about 20 minutes, I just left and went to the nearby Starbucks. I could have probably gotten up and resolved it with the manager but I just wasn’t interested in dealing it when I could have a better experience elsewhere. Level of service was completely unacceptable for 160NTD average for drinks plus a 10% service fee. Fullon Hotels isn’t a true luxury tier chain even if it thinks it can price like one, and customer experiences like this demonstrate why. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
