Club and Flatbreads were good but I easily had the worst Margarita of my life here.

If you are staying at the hotel its a good choice. Their menu is overpriced and limited but I found the salad really fresh and tasty. Their breakfast is a big deal.

Disappointing experience. My husband bought a voucher from Amazon with high hopes that we would discover a new place to have dinner. We eat out frequently in the Plano area. We have family members in the restaurant business so we know what to expect from a variety of different restaurants. First of all there was no signage outside NYLO to direct us to LOCL so we just parked and went in the main entrance. The 2 clerks at the front desk pointed us in the direction of the restaurant, making no attempt to escort us to the location. We weren't sure we were in the right place until we saw a table with a sheet of paper propped on it with the name of the restaurant. The first thing I noticed was that dirty dishwater smell that should have been our cue to leave and eat elsewhere, but the voucher was already paid for, so we entered the upscale surroundings. It was 6:30pm, but very few people were in the restaurant. No one greeted us and as we got as far as the bar area, the servers were standing and talking at the bar; so I finally asked one if we were supposed to just seat ourselves in which he replied, "yes". The $12 NYLO martini was easily forgettable. The table was sticky. The whole restaurant just felt and looked unclean. Deviled eggs tasted like they had been in the refrigerator for a few days. Pimento cheese had good flavor, but poor presentation (a few celery & carrot sticks, radishes and a small bowl of chips). The crostini was the best thing on the platter. Caesar salad was forgettable. Even though the server was pleasant, he could not answer questions or describe any of the entrees. Chocolate mousse cake was surely purchased at the nearest grocery store (frozen-freezer burn kind of taste). The only word to describe our experience here is "yuk". We will not be returning and will not recommend the restaurant to anyone.
