Logé au sein de l' Hôtel Vedette, en bord de Meuse, à Profondeville, nous avons découvert hier soir Löctave Restaurant du chef Loïc Thirion. Magnifique écrin pour une très jolie cuisine, un service bien sympathique et de délicieux mets. Merveilleux carpaccio de Saint-Jacques, magnifique foie gras poêlé, superbe chevreuil...
