I’ve been a customer since day one at Histoire D’o, and it’s great to see how they’ve taken things to the next level with Loma. It’s a real upgrade and has grown into a full restaurant with everything it should have. We sat inside, where the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. You can easily talk to each other, which makes the whole experience even better. I started with a Mezcal Negroni made by Jurgen Nobels, really good and perfectly balanced. We were with six people and shared a few dishes. The squid felt like something straight from Ibiza, fresh and full of flavor. The croquettes and kibbeling were also very tasty. As a main course, I had the freshly hand cut steak tartare, prepared exactly as it should be. It came with great double-fried fries and fresh mayonnaise. The salad was crisp and nicely dressed. My Girlfriend had the burger, with a soft bun and a very good sauce. For dessert, I chose a dame blanche. Fresh ice cream, good chocolate sauce, and freshly whipped cream. For us, highly recommended. Atmosphere, acoustics, and food all deserve 5 stars. Price per person: €60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
