L'Oliveto has excellent neopolitan pizza. L'Oliveto was near our hotel in the Saint Germain district. They have authentic Neapolitan style pizza. They waitstaff and the owner were very friendly. It was late when my youngest son ordered gelato. We tried to rush him to finish and the owner let him take his bowl with him. It was such a nice gesture.

The pasta was decent. The texture of the noodles was good, but the sauce and the other ingredients were lacking. The seafood was not fresh enough for me so I would not order the frutti di mara. The carnora was the best thing we had.

A perfect warm atmosphere for a rainy night. My husband and I were caught in a sudden downpour and popped into an Italian restaurant near where we were staying. The manager graciously found us a table even though we didn't have reservations. What a find! The food, service and vibe of this restaurant - amazing !!! Barry White and disco balls!?!? So good. The manager was so kind it felt like we were having dinner at a friends place. Highly recommend!!
