Lovely place, really loved it. Small, traditional and good food. Had a coq au vin and a red wine. Wanted to come again the next day but it was their day off. Will for sure come again, next time I am around. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've booked L'Ovale reservations three times now and we went last night (March 23) for a special birthday dinner and they were locked up at 7:30pm. I called and whomever answered the phone just said the "site" was closed without further explanation. The previous time, I at least received an email cancellation, and when I called, they said the chef had hurt his back. I'm never going back! Such a frustrating and embarrassing situation with a group of friends for this to happen. Service: 1 Meal type: Dinner
